Return & Refund Policy

1. Return Eligibility

1.1 Return requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery. 1.2 Products must be unused and in original packaging. 1.3 Tags, invoice, and accessories must be intact.

2. Non-Returnable Conditions

2.1 Used or damaged products. 2.2 Returns requested after the eligibility period. 2.3 Damage caused by misuse or improper handling.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

3.1 Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. 3.2 Images of the product must be shared for verification.

4. Refund Process

4.1 Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days. 4.2 Refunds are issued to the original payment method. 4.3 Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from Newtal.

5. Final Decision

5.1 All return and refund approvals are at the discretion of Smart Fashion Creation.
